Why might I need Complements services?

 

Clients all have their own reasons for using Complements services - typically I work with companies who are not ready to take on additional resource, but do need some help in growing or maintaining their business.

 

I tend to support management teams - 

 

• too busy to cover their existing workload,

• who have a growing list of jobs that are not being attended to,

• needing some advice or guidance from people in the same industry,

• needing some short term cover,

• doing everything themselves,

• needing to focus elsewhere without damaging existing business,

• needing to complete a task outside of their skillset,

As and when needed support complements your internal resource providing additional help where you need it and for the exact amount of time that you need it for, to the minute.

 

Everything about Complement is designed around providing support, as and when and where needed. I start with a quick chat, getting to know you, your business and where I can add the most value and then agree on a scope of work; invoicing for only the exact amount of time spent, upon completion. If you need to increase resource, with a limited budget, I can help with ad-hoc support, as and when you need it.

My support starts with an honest conversation. I will have a no-obligation chat with you, to listen to your needs and provide an honest assessment of where I am the best-placed to support you. I will confirm our conversation via email, with a detailed understanding of your requirements, how I can help and with agreements on timescales and pricing. If you would like to proceed; I'll make a start!

 

 

Which geographies do you work in?

Whilst London based, I offer a remote service and work with clients globally.

 

 

How does your pricing work? What does my firm have to commit to in order for me to use Complement?

 

No long term commitments are needed with Complement. I will work with you for one minute at a time. Pricing is stated as a flat fee per hour rate (pro-rated to the minute). 

 

 

What about confidentiality?

 

Confidentiality is important to me. My standard terms and conditions & NDA, can be made available on request and I am happy to discuss tailoring my standard terms to your firms requirements.
